At 25 years of age, Cristian started to give a different attention to his passion for dance, and aligning it with his ambition to find what to focus in order to change the world.
Cristian started to create more explicit links to connect the different worlds he lives in, after spending a lot of time spent experimenting the right framework to combine his passion for dance, his background in the energy sector and his drive to change the world around him, Cristian co-founded his non-profit organization, wedoWE, whose mission is to activate people to change the world, and the wedoWE divisions, wedoHIPHOP and wedoENERGY.
In 2016 Cristian also started Like a Pro, a collaborations of inspiring individuals who give workshops and talks.
